 There’s no single “type” of person at VDC Specialists—and that’s by design. Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, and we see that diversity of experience as a strength, not a hurdle.

Some team members have engineering or architecture degrees. Others came straight from the field, having installed the systems they now help design. We also hire people without college degrees who bring strong work ethic, curiosity, and accountability. If you’re willing to learn and take pride in doing things the right way, we believe we can train you.
